Online Auction Tech
Caring Transitions of Cleveland Western Suburbs is looking for reliable, compassionate, hard-working folks to join our team helping Cleveland area seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, home clean outs & liquidations.
We have an immediate need for individuals who enjoy who enjoy sorting through hidden treasures and who have a little bit of tech savvy to help prepare online estate sale auctions.
Experience with estate sales, online selling platforms (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, LetGo, OfferUp, Etsy, etc..), auctions, relocation services and/or junk removal would be a huge plus.
Job Description: The Online Auction Tech is responsible for sorting through items for auction, taking photos and assisting the Online Auction Admin as needed. This position operates directly under the direction of the Team Lead/Auction Admin. The position has direct interactions with clients and members of the public at-large.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sort through items to group together and determine estimated value
- Take photos of auction items and provide detailed descriptions
- Work with team during the auction pick up process
- Pack items for shipping
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Ability to take pictures using company provided device
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc) a plus
- Knowledge of antiques, collectibles and furniture a plus
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Frequent walking and/or standing
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Job location changes with each client - Locations serviced: Westlake, North Olmsted, Rocky River, Bay Village, Olmsted Falls, Strongsville, and surrounding areas

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
