Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and creating customized plans to assist them. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for working with seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with referral partners including senior living communities, realtors, estate attorneys, and senior placement agencies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for referral sources and potential clients.
- Conduct consultations to identify and analyze client needs.
- Create and deliver estimates to potential clients.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Increase marketplace awareness through innovative marketing strategies.
- Meet with various community groups and local businesses to promote Caring Transitions' services.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with strong negotiating and selling skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of integrity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for Seniors: Respect and appreciation for aged and elderly clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong listening, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines and be punctual and reliable.
- Team Player: Willingness to be led, coached, and contribute positively to the team.
- Technical Skills: Strong background with Microsoft products and CRM's

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Our office is locally owned and operated and is backed by a national network of dedicated, caring experts and resources. With locations in more than 200 markets throughout North America, we offer the complete in-house, short or long-distance solution.
